These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fo Qimen websites and related services at qimen.one and associated hosts such as foqimen.one (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Fo Qimen provides a knowledge portal with educational and spiritual materials related to Fo Qimen teachings, including articles, pages, and audio or other media. Some content is publicly available. Other content is private and may be accessed only by users who sign in and are admitted (for example after enrollment with a class key).
2. Accounts and access
- You may sign in with a Google or Microsoft account we support. You are responsible for that account and for activity under your session.
- Admission to protected content is discretionary and may depend on enrollment, a valid class key, or an administrator's decision.
- We may suspend or revoke access if you misuse the Service, share credentials or protected materials improperly, or violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, copy, republish, or redistribute protected content or media without our permission
- Attempt to bypass sign-in, admission checks, or other security controls
- Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Misrepresent your identity or enrollment status
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Fo Qimen content, branding, text, design, and media on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Public pages may be viewed for personal, non-commercial learning. Protected materials are licensed only for personal use by admitted members and must not be redistributed.

Sign-in and infrastructure rely on third parties such as Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and our authentication service provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their own services. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.
